Ceiling Swag
Product Details

This “ceiling swag” is made of linking balloons draped across a ceiling. A fun and festive look, this décor works best in rooms with a “drop ceiling” where we can use magnets to rig it in straight lines. You can choose any of our over in stock linking balloon colors. Pricing is $2 per linear foot, so as an example, if you want to run 5 swags across a 40 foot room, the price would be 5 x 40 x $2 = $400.

Note that if your ceilings are non-magnetic or higher than 30 feet, we may not be able to create your ceiling swag. Please send a photo of the ceiling of your venue to sales@banzi.events when you book so we can make sure your order is feasible.

Delivery Price:
No matter the size of your order, the delivery price is just $50 anywhere in Indianapolis.
If you’re located farther away, the travel cost will be calculated at checkout based on your zip code.

If you’d prefer to save money, click “Pick up from studio” at checkout and you can schedule a time to pick it up. Of course, larger décor elements require some on-site assembly and a large enough vehicle to transport them, so you might just want to have us deliver it.

Teardown:

This décor element uses magnets to secure the décor to the ceiling. After the event, we’ll need them back. If you’d like to handle the teardown yourself, you can simply pull the decor down (You might need to climb a ladder) and mail the magnets back to us at 5145 E 65th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46220. If you’re near our shop, you could just drop them off instead. Since it’s a lot easier to tear down the décor with our specialized poles, most clients opt to have us come back after the event to take everything down. The price is normally around $75. If it’s a large event or you need it out at a certain time it might be a bit more.
