Arches, balloon columns, and decorative balloon canopies are all fantastic elements to enhance event spaces and create captivating entrances or stages. Decorative balloon canopies are a unique and eye-catching way to create focal points at events. These canopies are made entirely of balloons, arranged in intricate designs to form a canopy-like structure. They can be customized with different balloon colors, shapes, and arrangements to create stunning visual effects that complement the event’s atmosphere. Decorative balloon canopies are particularly popular for outdoor events, weddings, and themed parties.

We offer free in-studio pickup or flat $50 local delivery which includes installation anywhere in the Indianapolis area no matter the size of your order. We’ll arrive during a delivery window you choose, set up all your décor exactly where you want it and make sure it looks perfect for your event. If you’d like us to handle teardown after your event, that is usually around $75. You can add delivery and optional teardown at checkout.

This “ceiling swag” is made of linking balloons draped across a ceiling. A fun and festive look, this décor works best in rooms with a “drop ceiling” where we can use magnets to rig it in straight lines. You can choose any of our over in stock linking balloon colors. Pricing is $2 per linear foot, so as an example, if you want to run 5 swags across a 40 foot room, the price would be 5 x 40 x $2 = $400.
Note that if your ceilings are non-magnetic or higher than 30 feet, we may not be able to create your ceiling swag. Please send a photo of the ceiling of your venue to sales@banzi.events when you book so we can make sure your order is feasible.
Delivery Price:
No matter the size of your order, the delivery price is just $50 anywhere in Indianapolis.
If you’re located farther away, the travel cost will be calculated at checkout based on your zip code.
If you’d prefer to save money, click “Pick up from studio” at checkout and you can schedule a time to pick it up. Of course, larger décor elements require some on-site assembly and a large enough vehicle to transport them, so you might just want to have us deliver it.
Teardown:This décor element uses magnets to secure the décor to the ceiling. After the event, we’ll need them back. If you’d like to handle the teardown yourself, you can simply pull the decor down (You might need to climb a ladder) and mail the magnets back to us at 5145 E 65th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46220. If you’re near our shop, you could just drop them off instead. Since it’s a lot easier to tear down the décor with our specialized poles, most clients opt to have us come back after the event to take everything down. The price is normally around $75. If it’s a large event or you need it out at a certain time it might be a bit more.
